History[]
Tyrone “T. Rex” Jackson grew up on Chicago's southside, in the Cabrini Green housing projects. He was orphaned as an infant and spent most of his youth in and out of abusive foster homes. He was given the nickname T. Rex as a child due to his unusually short arms and fierce demeanor. T. Rex was always the runt of the pack and had to prove himself at every turn. His arms eventually caught up with the rest of his body however, the nickname stuck. T. Rex found himself running afoul with the law as a teen for gang-fighting and petty theft, spending several years in a juvenile correctional facility. As a teen, he began to develop a resistance to fatigue and an accelerated ability to heal. After his release from the juvenile facility at age eighteen, T. Rex was set to return to a life of petty crime to survive however, he was approached by a man named Damian Deathblow. Deathblow was an underground fight promoter who recruited homeless ex-cons to fight in his underground matches across the country. With no other promising prospects, T. Rex went to fight for Deathblow along with Bronzeville native, Maxwell Coles, a former heavyweight boxing champion. He was a highly accomplished street-fighter already, winning all of his fights with little contest. Deathblow realized T. Rex stood to make millions for him and sent him to train with the Rising Sun Dojo —a secret training facility. While there he became a master of American Boxing, Karate, Aikido and Brazilian Ju-jitsu. He incorporated these various styles with his own unique street-fighting skills. T. Rex left the dojo and returned to Deathblow in Chicago where he quickly became the underground fighting champion. He was eventually pitted against a Neo Human fighter named Maul—who was actually an undercover agent named Manx. When there was no clear winner, Deathblow attempted to turn the tide in T. Rex’ favor however, he was caught when his arena was infiltrated by agents of S.C.A.N. (an early division of G.E.N.E.S.I.S.). Deathblow escaped and with his operation shut down, all of the illegal fighters were sent to prison except for T. Rex, who was offered his freedom in exchange for becoming the Head Combat Instructor for S.C.A.N. He accepted under the condition that his criminal record be expunged. T. Rex is now responsible for the training of all G.E.N.E.S.I.S. field agents both human and Neo-Human.
Believing T.Rex to have been working with S.C.A.N. all along, Deathblow vowed revenge on him and mysteriously disappeared shortly after. His current whereabouts are unknown.

Due to his unknown ancestors, it is speculated that T. Rex is the descendant of a Progeny and developed his abilities during his teens as most Neo-Humans do. T. Rex possesses above average strength, reflexes and agility. He also possesses an accelerated healing factor and resistance to most physical injury as well. His physiology is more efficient than a normal humans and he is able to metabolize energy at peak potential.
- Enhanced Strength - T. Rex possesses above average strength and can lift/press up to 1000 lbs. when in his “Berserker Mode” he has the uncontrollable ability to tap into his adrenal glands and life force energy to boost his strength by a factor of 3.
- Enhanced Stamina - T. Rex can sustain peak exertion almost indefinately with little to no outward signs of fatigue.
- Enhanced Speed - T. Rex possesses the ability to run up to 50 miles per hour for brief periods of time.
- Enhanced Durability - T. Rex possesses an extremely dense musculature, bones and skin. He can withstand extreme temperatures, impacts and pressures with very minimal harm, similarly to this prehistoric namesake. He is virtually immune to all toxins, disease or infections. Although, high powered ammunition and explosives can injury him, his accelerated healing compensates at an extremely accelerated rate.
- Enhanced Healing - T. Rex possesses an almost instantaneous healing factor.
- Enhanced Agility - T. Rex is adept at virtually all forms of gymnastics and acrobatics. He is capable of executing a series of complex cartwheels, flips, handsprings and other aerial feats with such speed and force that he can bowl over opponents of greater power and those more than twice his size.

- Skilled Martial Artist: T. Rex is a professional level athlete and fighter, with amazing skill in these areas for a man of his size and power level. He is considred to be one of the most skilled fighters in the Ivoryverse. Due to his small stature he is very elusive when fighting much larger fighters and uses this to his advantage with a unique blending of the various fighting styles he has mastered. He is highly skilled in American Boxing and is a master of Aikido, Judo, Karate, Ju-Jitsu, Ninjitsu and Kendo. T. Rex is an ultimate fighting machine.
- High Intelligence: T. Rex has a much higher than average IQ and is a skilled inventor, mechanic, engineer and electrician.
- Expert Miltary Tactician/Strategist: T. Rex is an extremely high skill level strategist and tactician, versed in virtually all forms of military combat strategies. Although he never officially served as a soldier of any of the Armed Forces, he is considered to be one of, if not the most dangerous warrior in the Ivoryverse.
During the heat of battle, he can enter into what he calls his “Berserker Mode ,” in which his already heightened: strength, reflexes and senses become even more heightened and his demeanor becomes primal. Despite his lack of size and low level physical strength, T. Rex is capable of holding his own in fights against most Neo-Progeny and Neo-Human fighters. He has trained all G.E.N.E.S.I.S. field operatives since being recruited by Elijah Bishop and is thought to be the most dangerous man to ever live and has a reputation as one of the greatest fighters in the Ivoryverse.
Weapons[]
T. Rex generally doesn’t carry any weapons as his entire body is a living weapon. However, he does wear a belt with specialized communications technology including a device of his own design called, Digi-ComLink X . The device allows him to interface with any computer network and processes information instantly from a remote link implanted in his brain. This allows him to control his vehicle—a custom motorcycle by thought as well as anything else linked to a computer network. He can also use it to get information sent to him instantly about virtually anything he thinks of.
