Chanel Night is the co-owner of Night & Day Investigations and Recovery, LLC.
History[]
Chanel Night grew up in a poor and predominately black neighborhood located in Louisville, Kentucky. Despite being a white girl in a black neighborhood, she was generally accepted, due largely to her step-father, Cypress Mohammed, a militant community leader. He was a stern and fearless crusader for his community and fought hard to keep drugs and crime out of his neighborhood, by any means necessary. This gained him quite a few enemies amongst the gang leaders and criminal underworld. As a result, threats of death and violence were often given.
Chanel was a street smart, tomboy who idolized her step-father and was often seen wherever he was. On ther tenth birthday, she witnessed his murder at the hands of a drug lord and street gang leader known as Jinn. She and her mother struggled to survive, often having to reluctantly rely upon the kindness of neighbors who followed Mohammed's example.
Despite her other life struggles, Chanel was an extemely gifted student and excelled at her studies. She graduated at the top of her high school class and recieved a full ride scholarship to the University of Louisville. It was there she met Frankie Day, who would soon became her best friend and future business partner.

- Martial Arts: Chanel Day is skilled in a specialized form of street fighting based on American Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Chanel possesses the normal human strength of a woman of her age, height, and build who engages in intensive regular exercise.
- Chanel is able to sense the presence of paranormal creatures before she sees them and has a low level psychic ability to read a person in order to determine if they are good or evil upon sight.
- Knife Fighting Expert: Chanel is a highly skilled knife fighter and blades are her weapons of choice. She often carries and uses collapsible arm blades which attach to her forearms and are made of titanium steel and silver. Chanel also employs various throwing knives and shuriken in her arsenal.
- Expert Marksman: Despite her preference for bladed weapons, she is also an expert marksman, although not as naturally talented as her partner Frankie Day.
